IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To maintain water quality and safety, T-shirts, singlets, and leggings are strictly prohibited in the pools. Swimwear is required while using a pool.

We advise that you bring towels with you; otherwise, we sale towels for $15 each. 

Locker can be hired at a $2 (bond $10) cost.

Massage can be booked online or booked at our reception if you woulk like to have one after your Soak.

Cancellation  Policy:

We require any cancellations to be done 24 hours prior to your booking time.

• Full deposit will be refunded if you let us know more than 24 hours. 


• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 3 hours prior to your reservation.

Terms and Conditions:

• The natural geothermal water used in the pools, please keep your head above water while bathing.


• A minimum of 2 persons are required in a private pool. The 2nd person needs to be an adult, the 2nd person must be at least 16 yrs old.


• Children under the age of 8 must be actively supervised by a caregiver 16 years or over. The caregiver must be able to provide immediate
  
  assistance to the child if required.


• No children under the age of 14 will be permitted entry without an adult.


• No diving or jumping into the pools.


• No running around the complex.


• No lifting (shoulder riding) in the pools.


• No food to be consumed in or around the pools.


• No alcohol.


• No sports gear.


• No smoking or vaping.


• Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated while using pools.


• Always use the handrails provided.


• A reasonable standard of behaviour is expected.


• The use of cameras must respect the privacy of other pool users.


• All infants must wear swimming nappies.


• Lost property: Will be held at reception and donated to charity after a month period.


• Fernland Spa does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of belongings. Please ensure that valuables are secured.


• Exit the pools if you feel unwell.


• Request medical attention if unwell.


• Fernland Spa will not tolerate harassment and intimidation of staff or harassment and intimidation of visitors by other visitors. Fernland Spa
  
  reserves the right to ask people to remove themselves from either the pool or campground complex if their behaviour compromises either their
  
  own safety or the safety of other pool users or staff. Serious misconduct may result in a trespass order for up to 2 years.
